The Tea Tailor is a fresh concept introduced by Pryce Tea, specialising in custom tailored teas and gifts. The brand tailors your gifts with your personalised messages while leveraging on award-winning blend assortments from Pryce Tea. Soon the brand will go into realising bespoke teas fully tailored to your imagination.
You should have received an email to activate your account with The Tea Tailor. Please activate your account through the link in the email so that your purchases are lodged for future membership entitlements.
Signing up for an account on The Tea Tailor's website is different from Registering as a member. The Tea Tailor members will be given a Registered Tin with a unique Register number when they Register with us at our roadshows.
Each member is permitted to 1 member account only. Duplicate account information will be rejected by the system. Spendings and/or entitlements from separate member accounts cannot be amalgamated.
Membership drive is conducted only at The Tea Tailor's roadshows. Sign up for our newsletters or follow our social media accounts for our membership drive window period.
To prevent any delays to your order, please check that the recipient's address and contact details are correct and accurate when completing your order.
Should the package fail to reach the recipient at your specified shipping address, we will continue to attempt delivery for a limited number of times only.
For local deliveries, if we are ultimately unable to successfully deliver the package to the recipient due to missed attempts, the order will be sent back to us. We will classify such orders as being forfeited by the customer.
For international deliveries, after failed delivery attempts to reach the recipient, the order will be regarded as abandoned at the shipping destination.
For other cases where the delivery is not received, abandoned or returned, the order shall be forfeited and this loss will be borne but the customer. Refunds will not be provided.
You may email your request to tteatailor@prycetea.com. Our Tailors will assist you with the change as long as your package has not been shipped out from our facility.
The average delivery lead-time is 8 to 10 working days. We are unable to provide a specific duration as the delivery of our products is managed by Singapore Post. Delivery timings are subjected to their regular local mail delivery schedules.
With a minimum spending of $100 at check out, you may change the shipping method to "Free Shipping". Please ensure that you have first edited your shipping field before entering coupon code (if any).
An invoice will be included for each delivery. However, you may leave a note to our Tailors during check out if you would like the invoice to be omitted from the package.
We are unable to provide a specific duration as the delivery of our products is managed by Singapore Post. Delivery timings are subjected to their international air mail delivery schedules.
All orders are subject to custom duties, taxes and fees payable by the recipient at the shipping destination. Please ensure that you check the custom regulations of the shipping destination before you complete your order. Should you be in doubt regarding the import regulations of the shipping destination, we advise that you verify with the relevant authorities.
In the event that packages are rejected entry, confiscated, abandoned, destroyed or returned by customs, unfortunately, the customer will have to bear these losses. Refunds will not be made in such instances.
